Becoming an Illuminati Member

At Political Influence Skill Level 8, Sims may receive a mysterious phone call inviting them to a secret Illuminati trial, where Sims must complete a series of tests to prove their worth and be accepted into the illuminati.

Invitation to the trials

Once a Sim reaches Political Influence skill level eight, they may receive a mysterious phone call.
Accepting the call sends them into a hidden Illuminati trial sequence.
Trials are handled as adventure moments with choices and consequences.

Illuminati Member Benefits

Sims who successfully complete the trials and gain the Illuminati trait receive:

Faster promotions in political and business related careers
Stronger influence in debates and speeches
Easier time with networking and high value Sims
Access to exclusive Illuminati interactions

Illuminati Gameplay

Sims who join the Illuminati unlock a set of secretive, story focused interactions that deepen the sense of mystery and power.

Examples of new interactions for Illuminati members include

Attend Illuminati Gathering
Use the phone to attend an Illuminati Gathering and regularly meet other members behind closed doors. These gatherings strengthen connections, share information and may lead to new favours or opportunities.

Deliver Encrypted Package
When your Sim discovers another Sim secret, they may gain access to the Deliver Encrypted Package phone interaction. This lets them send that information back to the Illuminati, where it can be stored and used as potential blackmail material.

Consult the Grand Eye
The Grand Eye is a mysterious Sim who appears in the world and holds significant influence within the Illuminati. If your Sim can track him down and build enough trust, they can use ‘Consult the Grand Eye’ interaction to ask for guidance or powerful favours. The results are rarely simple and may come with hidden costs.

Ask about Illuminati membership
If a Sim suspects that another Sim is part of the Illuminati, they can directly ask them about it. Whether the answer is honest depends on relationship, context and a bit of luck. Just because they say no does not mean the secret society is not watching.

lluminati NPCs

Some NPCs in the world will be secretly assigned as Illuminati members. When near a potential member, Sims will receive a buff, hinting at hidden power.

Sims can attempt to ask if they are a member, but success depends on charisma, relationships, and chance.
