I have updated the responsible pregnancy mod to now be compatible with the 1.121.342 (Royalty & Legacy) patch

I have also added a mix of fixes, new settings, and some minor gameplay changes.

🛠️ Changes and Fixes

Gameplay Additions

• 🆕Module 3 – Rummaging for food and Eating rummaged food now increases toxoplasmosis risk

• 🆕Module 1 – Alcohol CC compatibility for BrazenLotus alcoholic drinks

• 🆕Module 1 – Added a setting to allow or disallow pregnant Sims to autonomously drink alcohol

⚙️ New Intensity Mode Settings

There is now an in-game setting so that you can set the level of intensity for the responsible pregnancy risks and newborn complications intensity separately.

This setting was added after a community request from someone playing on longer pregnancy and lifespan settings who wanted the pregnancy effects and newborn complication progression to not be as intense.

Your settings will be saved in the CFG file that gets created in the mod folder.

Pregnancy Effects Intensity

These options are based on how long you have pregnancy duration set for. The mod was originally balanced around the default 3 day pregnancy length, so if you play with longer pregnancies, you can lower intensity using the options below.

Newborn Complications Intensity

These options are based on your Sim lifespan length. The mod was originally balanced around a Long lifespan, so if you play with shorter or longer lifespans, you can adjust progression using the options below.

**Note – Only the acute illness newborn complication extends to infant stage

I am happy to add any other settings/options if the above options doesn’t match your gameplay style.

Fixes

• ✅ Refillable water bottle no longer spoils and should go into sims inventory after drinking automatically

• ✅ Fixed an issue where Parenting Together interactions did not show for divorced parents and parents in a non romantic relationship

• ✅ Fixed an issue where ‘Reset Pregnancy Risks’ was not visible on the cheat menu

• ✅ Fixed an issue where the Healthy Eating module features was not being removed properly after sim stopped being pregnant
