🌍More Translations Added

The mod now supports Italian, German, Japanese, French, Dutch, and Brazilian Portuguese! These translations were done by me using a million different translation tools😭, so they may not be perfect but they’re here! Polish is still in progress by another creator and will be added in a future update.

Already available: Chinese, Spanish, and Russian.

⚖️Baby Weight Units Setting (lb or kg) *Community Request

Thanks to those who flagged this! I didn’t know that most countries primarily use kilograms(kg) rather than pounds(lb) for baby weight, so I have added a new setting that lets you choose whether baby weight is shown in Pounds (lb) OR Kilograms (kg).

You can change this via: Clicking Sim → Actions → Responsible Pregnancy Settings

This will update what value is shown in the notifications for a baby weight check.

🌈 Inclusivity Note

If there are any other features you feel should be amended for inclusivity, please let me know. This mod was created to be gender neutral, so the features are intended to work regardless of gender. It is also compatible with alien abduction pregnancies.

🍼Newborn Complications Cheat – *Community Request

Because a lot of you asked, I have added a cheat option that lets you force specific newborn complications for those of you who want to cut to the chase 👀🤣

You can trigger this via: Clicking Sim → Actions → Responsible Pregnancy Settings → Cheats

Please note:

• This cheat must be used on a pregnant Sim before birth to guarantee the complication

• Applying complications directly to a newborn after birth isn’t currently possible due to script complexity. It’s not on the near-term roadmap, but if I find a cleaner way to do it down the line, I’ll revisit it!

🛠️ Fixes and Improvements

• Fixed a possible issue with pregnancy protection being added and removed continuously

• Improved compatibility with Lumpinou’s Miscarriage module to reduce the likelihood of miscarriage depending on which modules you have installed (should feel more balanced and action driven)

• Added Thai Iced Tea and Cà Phê Trứng to the alcohol exemption list so that pregnant sims can drink these without warnings and consequences

• Updated all Squat interactions to stop pregnant Sims from doing them autonomously
